Since we take pride to produce all our barbecue and sides fresh each day, we occasionally sell out due to heavy and unanticipated guest traffic.  To ensure that we will have the product you desire upon your arrival, we suggest calling us and placing an order in advance.  Orders over $10 will require a credit card number to secure.  Guests placing orders but not picking them up will be charged for the order on the credit card provided.  We will hold uncollected orders only until 11:00 AM the following business day (closed Sundays).


If you have called in an order for pick up, it is not necessary to wait in line. Please come directly to the cashier at the front counter.  Your order will be waiting for you upon your arrival.

Known by many as our "calling card", our all-beef brisket is our most popular selection.  Our brisket is made fresh daily, prepared with a salt and pepper rub.  The briskets are then slow cooked in 50 year-old horizontal brick and steel pits using post oak wood.  It's melt-in-your-mouth delicious!  And so you don't miss-out, each time you pay us a visit, we'll give a sample of brisket to get you started.  Just our way of saying "Welcome".

Our original all-beef sausage is made fresh by hand from pure beef, tallow and a variety of seasonings, all stuffed in natural hog casing.  Each link is roughly 5 inches long weighing approximately 4 oz (pre-cooked).


For those guests who like our sausage links but are looking for a bit more "kick".  Same dimensions, consistency and beef content as our original sausage link with the addition of spicy jalapeno peppers.


As a compliment to our jalapeno sausage, we offer a chipotle sausage.  It is considered spicy but in a flavor all it's own.  Same dimensions, consistency and beef content as our original sausage link.

Sometimes called "Dino-Ribs", our beef ribs are the meatiest beef ribs in Texas!  We rub the ribs with salt and cracked black pepper then slow-cook them over post oak wood with tender loving care. 



Our newest entree’ is already an guest favorite!  Lightly dusted with a mix of magic spices, basted with a  sweet glaze and smoked with post oak.  If you like our spare ribs, you'll love our Baby Backs.


A traditional barbecue staple in the South, pork ribs are also a favorite among our guests.  Each rack is hand-rubbed each morning using our traditional salt and pepper seasoning.  After hours on the pit, our ribs are served hot, juicy and oh-so-goodl

If pork is your meat of choice, our pork tenderloin was made for you!  Extremely lean, lightly rubbed and slow-smoked to perfection.

Why wait for Thanksgiving to enjoy turkey? Our boneless turkey breast can fill your craving 6 days a week!  Rubbed with our special turkey seasonings and slow-cooked to retain the juices, our turkey breast remains a popular low-fat entree.

Each huge potato is made with your choice of toppings. 


If you require a bit more meat in your diet, we can also top your potato with a heaping scoop of chopped beef.

Our chopped beef is made directly from our award-winning brisket.  Chopped to a semi-fine consistency, our original barbecue sauce is added to the brisket and simmered for hours.  The result is chopped beef both flavorful and unique.

When it comes to barbecue sauce, we've thrown out the "rule" and taken a different path.  Most barbecue sauces are thick and act as a covering for the meat.  Our sauce is better described as a "thin-dip". Tomato based with heaping amounts of onions and pepper, our sauce was created to compliment our meat, not cover it.  Yes, it is spicy!

Our pinto beans are soaked overnight and slow cooked each day.  Prepared with generous portions of pork and seasonings, our beans have a kick and taste all their own!



Our old German style potato salad is made fresh daily with fresh potatoes, Kraft mayonnaise, mustard, dill relish, celery and eggs with light traditional seasonings.  



Our coleslaw is simple, firm and tasty!  Made from fresh cabbage, carrots, Kraft mayonnaise, and traditional seasonings, it contains no sugars, vinegar or preservatives.

No barbecue feast would be complete without a warm bowl of peach cobbler.  Made with baskets of peaches and sprinkled with cinnamon, our homemade cobbler can also be serve with the perfect topping - a scoop of Blue Bell Homemade Vanilla ice cream.  A true Texas delight!
